You don’t have to do a lot of yoga to receive the benefits of practice. In fact, doing a little more frequently is more beneficial than doing a lot sporadically!
The postures in this short practice will yield a release of tension in your legs, hips, back, and chest.
Tension is a barrier to feeling focused, present, tolerant, compassionate, and relaxed. When we move our energy and release the areas that have been stuck in a particular movement pattern, we gain access to a deeper state of wellbeing.
Grab something strap-like, something you can use to pad the floor and potentially sit on (a firm, folded blanket or a firm cushion), and anything you have that is pole-like (you'll see, it's worth it!).
