Meditation on the Breath
15m
To be in the madhya is to be in the middle of things or to be in between things.
The in-between place shows up in the pause between waking and sleeping, the moment before a sneeze, the high point of a yawn, and elsewhere. There is potency in focusing our awareness there.
This guided meditation invites you to become aware of the space between your breaths. Once you become comfortable with this technique, if it resonates with you, let it become a part of your regular meditation practice. Consider sitting in meditation for longer periods of time, perhaps 20 minutes, even 45 minutes if you can.
May your meditation practice soothe and guide you,
B
